Folk Rose operates since 1998 in the area of ethnic and world music.
The musicians come from various experiences (folk, classical, jazz and contemporary music), creating.a very original style.
Folk Rose participated  to many festivals in Italy and Europe, as the "Festival Celtique" of Aosta (Italy), "Baltica 99", (Lithuania), "Paide Shanty Festival", (Estonia), "Spraoi Festival" (Ireland), "Festival de Confolens", (France) and "Shetland Folk Festival", (Scotland),
"Barbados Celtic Festival" (Barbados), "Na Fir Bolg" (Belgium), "Ardoyne Fleadh" (Northern Ireland). Folk Rose played also in  Spain, Germany, Netherland, Belgium and Luxembourg.
Folk Rose was broadcasted by the Radio RAI, the French Radio, the Belgium Radio, the National Lithuanian TV and the Scottish BBC.
The band recorded two CDs, "Songs and Dances of Italy", a collection of Italian traditional music and "Folk Rose in concerto", a live recording of Celtic and Italian music.
